Eligibility

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital campaign execution
Basic understanding of SEO and SEM
Familiarity with Canva and analytics platforms
Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute paid and organic digital marketing campaigns
Support fundraising, awareness, and social-impact campaigns
Manage and grow social media platforms
Monitor comments, engagement, and audience interactions
Coordinate with content and design teams for campaign creatives
Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and consistent brand messaging
Track campaign performance and key digital marketing metrics
Prepare reports and optimize campaigns based on performance insights
Research current digital trends, tools, and campaign opportunities
Suggest innovative ideas to improve engagement and digital presence
