Job Summary:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Operations Management. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling digital campaigns and team coordination to drive growth, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and implement SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, technical).

Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Run paid campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) for traffic and lead generation.

Perform keyword research, backlink building, and content optimization.

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush to track performance.

Create engaging and brand-aligned content for social media.

Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages.

Oversee day-to-day operations of the marketing team.

Handle and coordinate a small team to ensure timely delivery of tasks.

Stay updated with the latest digital trends and platform updates.

Collaborate with design and content teams to execute campaigns.

Requirements:

1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (SEO + Social Media).

Hands-on experience with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.).

Strong understanding of Meta platforms, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Experience in operations and team handling is mandatory.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Creative mindset and problem-solving attitude.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass; Graduation preferred.

Must be able to work from the Mangolpuri S Block office (Delhi).

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Type: Full-time (Day shift)
