About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and scale high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. You will own the ad account, driving aggressive scaling while hitting strict CPA and ROAS targets. You will collaborate closely with our creative team to feed a high-velocity testing pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Setup: Develop and execute full-funnel ad strategies (awareness, lead gen, retargeting) tailored to brand objectives.
Creative Testing: Run high-velocity testing of hooks, ad copy, and video creatives to isolate winning combinations.
Media Buying & Scaling: Manage daily budgets, adjust bidding strategies (ABO/CBO), and scale winning ad sets aggressively without compromising lead/purchase quality.
Technical Tracking: Ensure accurate setup and troubleshooting of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API.
Analytics & Reporting: Track performance daily across metrics like CTR, CPM, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Update master trackers and provide actionable insights.
Ad Policy Compliance: Stay updated on Meta’s ad policies and ensure all campaigns strictly comply to prevent ad account restrictions. [1, 2]
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: [1-3] years of hands-on experience managing and scaling profitable Meta Ads accounts.
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, CBO/ABO structures, and audience targeting (lookalikes, custom audiences).
Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with an obsession over metrics. Ability to diagnose funnel bottlenecks.
Creative Intuition: Understanding of consumer psychology and direct-response marketing. Ability to write or brief compelling ad copy and video hooks.
