Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to expand our company's online presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a self-starter, proactive individual, and an effective team player. The ideal candidate will develop and execute digital marketing strategies using both online and offline methods to attract new clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve organic search rankings.

• Manage and optimize social media platforms with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube.

• Analyze and interpret website and campaign performance data using Google Analytics.

• Collaborate effectively with agencies, providing clear briefs and ensuring timely execution.

• Coordinate with freelancers via platforms like Fiverr for various marketing tasks.

• Lead a creative team including graphic designers, content creators, and photographers.

• Oversee website management, ensuring regular updates and blog content.

• Enhance content with video editing, photo editing (Photoshop/Canva), and other creative tools.

• Ensure consistent and engaging content across all digital platforms.

• Leverage Excel and PowerPoint for performance reporting and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in SEO, social media management, and content creation.

• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and campaign optimization.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reports and presentations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Positive attitude with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Familiarity with video editing and design tools (Photoshop/Canva) is an asset.

Team Structure:

• Collaborate with a team of 2 graphic designers, 1 social media manager, and 1 photographer to achieve marketing objectives.
