Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, generating leads, and improving customer engagement through various online marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to improve website rankings and traffic.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Generate and publish engaging content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms.
Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer databases.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Coordinate with the design and sales teams to create marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
Optimize website content and landing pages for lead generation and conversions.
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
Proficiency in email marketing tools and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Digital Marketing.
Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Knowledge of WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is an advantage.

Probation Period: First 3 months.
Salary During Probation: ₹10,000 per month.
