Key Responsibilities:
Plan and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads & Meta Ads
Drive traffic, leads, and conversions within budget
Conduct audience research, keyword planning & A/B testing
Write compelling ad copies and coordinate with creatives
Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
Stay updated with trends and platform changes
Provide insights and improvement recommendations
Requirements:
1–3 years managing Google & Meta Ads
Proficient in Google Analytics, UTM & conversion tracking
Familiar with tools like GTM, Hotjar, Looker Studio (optional)
Strong grasp of bidding, segmentation, retargeting & funnel optimization
Data-driven mindset with creative execution skills
