Key Responsibilities

• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):

  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns.

  • Monitor performance and make data-driven improvements.

• Google Ads & Google Analytics:

  • Run targeted Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video).

  • Analyze traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance using Google Analytics.

• SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

  • Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content accordingly.

• Graphic Designing:

  • Create visually appealing graphics for web, social media, and ad creatives.

  • Work with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar.

• WordPress Management:

  • Maintain and update WordPress websites.

  • Implement SEO plugins, content uploads, and basic troubleshooting.

• Social Media Management:

  • Plan and schedule engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

  • Engage with followers and track social media insights.

• Excel Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Create performance reports across campaigns.

  • Use Excel for budget tracking, analytics, and reports.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or related roles. (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply)

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Analytics.

• Experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console).

• Proficiency in graphic design tools.

• Hands-on experience with WordPress.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience in legal services or service-based businesses.

• Understanding of lead generation funnels.

• Video editing skills (Reels/Shorts).
