About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and driving client acquisition through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, and Remarketing).

• Manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis for legal services.

• Create compelling ad copy, landing page recommendations, and campaign creatives.

• Monitor campaign performance, budgets, bidding strategies, and ROI.

• Track conversions using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel.

• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

• Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with content, design, and legal teams to ensure compliance and brand consistency.

• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, advertising policies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 2–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

• Strong understanding of lead generation strategies and conversion optimization.

• Experience with:

  • Google Ads

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)

  • Meta Business Manager

  • Meta Pixel

  • Google Search Console

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Excellent communication and project management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience marketing legal, financial, or professional services.

• Google Ads Certification.

• Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or equivalent certification.

• Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
