About the Role

Dynixa is looking for a Digital Marketing & Content Executive who can support our digital marketing, SEO, content creation, course development, and online presence.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across multiple digital channels and should have a strong interest in technology, education, and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

### SEO & Website

• Perform on-page and basic technical SEO.

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Optimize website pages, course pages, blogs, titles, meta descriptions, and internal links.

• Monitor website traffic, keyword performance, and conversions.

• Work with WordPress and coordinate website content updates.

### Digital Marketing

• Support Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital campaigns.

• Assist with lead-generation campaigns for Dynixa Academy programs.

• Create and manage email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

• Monitor campaign performance, leads, CPL, conversions, and other key metrics.

• Suggest new strategies for increasing website traffic and generating qualified leads.

### Content & Social Media

• Create content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, blogs, and other channels.

• Prepare marketing copy for landing pages, advertisements, emails, brochures, and campaigns.

• Create a content calendar and coordinate regular publishing.

• Research trending topics related to Data Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science, Cloud, AI, and technology careers.

### Course Content & LMS

• Work with instructors to organize and develop course materials.

• Prepare and format PPTs, PDFs, assignments, quizzes, study materials, and other learning resources.

• Upload and organize course content in Dynixa's LMS.

• Help maintain consistent branding and formatting across course materials.

• Support creation of new technology courses and learning content.

## Required Skills

• SEO and keyword research

• Digital marketing

• WordPress

• Basic Google Ads and Meta Ads knowledge

• Google Analytics and Search Console

• Canva or similar design tools

• Microsoft PowerPoint/Google Slides

• Basic video editing

• Good written and verbal communication

• Ability to use AI tools effectively for research, content creation, and productivity

Knowledge of LMS, email marketing, CRM systems, YouTube marketing, and technology education will be an advantage.

## Preferred Candidate

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

• Good understanding of digital marketing and SEO

• Strong content-writing and research skills

• Comfortable learning new digital tools

• Able to independently manage multiple activities

• Interest in technology, AI, cloud, data, and online education

• Creative, organized, and results-oriented
