About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, lead generation, and online presence. The candidate should have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in handling multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

• Manage SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising campaigns

• Generate quality leads through online marketing activities

• Plan and manage content marketing strategies for websites and social platforms

• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI

• Handle Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid marketing platforms

• Analyze website traffic, user engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and sales teams for marketing campaigns

• Manage and guide the digital marketing team

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing

• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid campaigns

• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, etc.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• Creative thinking with strong analytical abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT industry marketing

• Knowledge of branding and performance marketing

• Content creation and campaign planning skills

• Basic understanding of website management and UI/UX principles
