Lead Generation
Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented lead generate candidate who can generate new leads, connect with potential customers, understand their requirements, and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and introduce our products/services.
Understand customer requirements and qualify leads.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
Schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
Maintain good relationships with prospects and existing customers.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team to improve lead conversion.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and basic English communication skills.
Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM is preferred.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication skills.
