In this role, you won’t just manage campaigns—you’ll architect our digital presence, blending creative storytelling with data-driven performance marketing to generate high-quality leads and build a strong brand reputation.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

📈 Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, and scale high-performing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and lead quality

🎨 Content Creation

• Design engaging static and dynamic creatives using tools like Canva, Photoshop, etc.

• Create scroll-stopping content aligned with brand identity

💬 Online Reputation Management (ORM)

• Monitor and manage brand sentiment across platforms

• Respond to reviews and maintain a professional brand voice

🔍 SEO & Analytics

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies

• Track and analyze performance via Google Analytics & Search Console

📊 Growth Strategy

• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities

• Generate reports and actionable insights to optimize marketing spend

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 2+ years in a Digital Marketing role

• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite & Google Ads

• Creative Ability: Skilled in designing marketing creatives independently

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Mindset: ROI-focused with a strong understanding of lead quality vs. quantity
