Leapswitch Networks is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Trainee to join our growing marketing team. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates who have completed a Digital Marketing certification (Google, HubSpot, or other reputed institutes) and wish to apply their learning in real-world marketing operations.
As a Digital Marketing Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple domains of digital marketing including CRM, SEO, online reputation management, and digital brand visibility.
Assist in CRM-related tasks, particularly using platforms like HubSpot.
Help manage CRM access across teams and maintain accurate and updated data.
Support in analyzing CRM metrics to improve lead management and marketing efficiency.
Support keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking.
Assist in creating and submitting backlinks on relevant websites and directories.
Monitor website analytics and contribute to ongoing SEO improvement efforts.
Manage and update business listings on Google Business Profile, Justdial, Sulekha, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct research to identify new opportunities to increase the company’s online visibility.
Coordinate and execute review collection campaigns to enhance brand reputation.
Track, document, and analyze customer reviews across multiple platforms.
Research industry-specific awards, prepare documentation, and assist in nomination submissions.
Contribute creative ideas to strengthen brand awareness and digital visibility.
Recently completed or pursuing Digital Marketing Certification (Google, HubSpot, or other reputed institutes). (Mandatory)
Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and backlinking.
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation tools is an advantage.
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong internet research, analytical, and communication skills.
Eager to learn, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced team environment.
Location: Pune
Experience: 6-month internship or equivalent practical training
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
