We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to boost our brand presence and generate B2B leads within the pharmaceutical packaging sector. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns to engage pharmaceutical manufacturers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Implementation: Build and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

• SEO/SEM & Content: Oversee search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) to enhance website visibility. Create engaging content (blogs, whitepapers, social media posts) focused on packaging trends and compliance.

• Social Media & B2B Marketing: Manage company social media accounts, particularly LinkedIn, to engage with pharmaceutical decision-makers.

• Lead Generation: Launch optimized online ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase lead generation and brand awareness.

• Website Management: Maintain company websites, focusing on improving user experience (UX) and CRO (conversion rate optimization).

• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and SEMrush, reporting on ROI, KPIs, and conversions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 1-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B, pharma packaging, or pharmaceutical industries.

• Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Meta Ads Manager.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

• Pharma Knowledge: Understanding of pharma industry standards and regulatory compliance (e.g., sustainability standards, drug safety packaging) is a strong plus.

• Creativity: Strong copywriting and content development skills to create engaging professional content.
