Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern (E-commerce & Meta Ads)

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Intern with hands-on experience in paid advertising, particularly Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), for e-commerce brands. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of campaign planning, audience targeting, performance optimization, and ROAS-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for e-commerce brands.

• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, conversions, and customer acquisition.

• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare performance reports.

• Conduct audience research, create custom and lookalike audiences, and implement retargeting strategies.

• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives and copy.

• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objectives.

• Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager and analytics tools.

• Analyze website traffic and customer behavior to improve campaign performance.

• Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising features, trends, and best practices.

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to align marketing campaigns with sales and promotional activities.

Required Skills

• 0–1 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Meta Ads.

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience running paid campaigns for e-commerce brands.

• Understanding of conversion campaigns, catalog ads, dynamic ads, and retargeting.

• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking.

• Basic understanding of Google Analytics (GA4).

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an added advantage.

• Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is a plus.

• Experience handling monthly ad budgets and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
