Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with overall marketing goals.
Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce engaging email templates, newsletters, and promotional messages.
Create automated email workflows for nurturing leads and customer retention.
Content & Design
Write compelling subject lines, email copy, and CTAs to improve open and click-through rates.
Ensure emails are visually appealing, responsive, and consistent with brand guidelines.
A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts to optimize performance.
Database & Segmentation
Manage and maintain subscriber lists and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
Ensure compliance with email marketing laws and regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Regularly clean and update email lists to maintain data quality.
Performance Analysis
Track and analyze campaign metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe rate).
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and provide insights for improvement.
Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and ROI through testing and optimization.
Tools & Automation
Work with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
Set up automated sequences like welcome series, re-engagement, cart abandonment, and follow-up campaigns.
Collaboration
Collaborate with design, content, and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels.
Support lead generation, event promotion, and product launch initiatives through email campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) in email marketing or digital marketing.
Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS for basic email editing (optional but preferred).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of customer segmentation and email automation strategies.
Email open and click-through rates.
Conversion and lead generation rates.
List growth and engagement rate.
Reduction in bounce and unsubscribe rates.
