Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, improve brand visibility, generate business leads, and support the company’s marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, campaign execution, and coordination with the SEO team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.

Manage the company’s social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

Create engaging content, captions, creatives, and short-form videos to showcase corporate events, brand activations, and company projects.

Plan and maintain a social media content calendar and ensure consistent posting across platforms.

Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

Coordinate with the SEO team to improve website rankings, optimise content, track keyword performance, and strengthen organic traffic and lead generation.

Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation metrics.

Prepare monthly digital marketing reports and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.

Manage website content updates and ensure the company’s services, projects, and portfolio are presented effectively.

Research industry trends, competitor activities, and new digital marketing opportunities.

Support email marketing, promotional campaigns, and other digital lead-generation initiatives.

Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing communications.

Required Skills

Hands-on experience in social media management and digital marketing.

Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and Google Analytics.

Understanding of keyword research, website optimisation, and organic lead generation.

Strong content writing, communication, and creative thinking skills.

Familiarity with Canva and other creative tools is an advantage.

Ability to analyse marketing data, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.

Good coordination, time management, and multitasking skills.
