Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Create and manage lead generation campaigns for real estate projects and related services.
- Optimize campaign performance to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and return on investment.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and sales teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Manage landing pages, lead forms, and marketing funnels.
- Monitor campaign budgets and prepare performance reports.
- Conduct keyword research and support SEO initiatives.
- Manage social media marketing activities and content promotion.
- Track website traffic, lead generation metrics, and campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates.

You will work closely with these clients to understand their marketing objectives and help generate quality property buyer leads through digital campaigns.

Job Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline or 12 pass only in exceptional case.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, Lead Generation, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
- Basic understanding of SEO, Analytics, and Conversion Tracking.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and recommend improvements.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Experience in real estate marketing is an added advantage.
