Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage social media platforms, execute Meta advertising campaigns, create engaging video content and improve brand visibility and customer engagement.

The candidate should have practical knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads Manager, video shooting, video editing and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.

• Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.

• Create engaging posts, reels, stories and promotional content.

• Schedule and publish content consistently.

• Monitor social media engagement, reach, followers and performance.

• Develop creative ideas for brand promotions and campaigns.

2. Meta Ads Campaign Management

• Create, manage and optimise Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.

• Handle Meta Ads Manager, campaign objectives, audience targeting and retargeting.

• Manage campaign budgets and daily ad spends.

• Generate leads, increase store footfall, website traffic and brand awareness.

• Monitor CPC, CPM, CTR, CPL and ROAS.

• Prepare weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.

3. Content Creation & Video Shooting

• Shoot promotional videos, Instagram Reels and product videos.

• Create engaging promotional videos for retail stores and brands.

• Develop video concepts, scripts, hooks and captions.

• Shoot influencer collaboration videos and customer engagement content.

• Create trending and brand-focused content.

• Coordinate with store teams for product and promotional shoots.

4. Video Editing & Graphic Designing

• Edit short-form videos, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

• Add transitions, subtitles, music, voiceovers and visual effects.

• Create promotional posters, banners and social media creatives.

• Maintain brand consistency in all digital creatives.

• Work with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva or similar software.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.

• Video shooting and professional video editing skills.

• Creative thinking and content storytelling.

• Knowledge of social media trends and viral Reels formats.

• Basic graphic designing skills.

• Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and reporting.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
