Job Summary:
We are seeking a performance-driven Google & Meta Ads Specialist to generate high-quality leads for our astrology services, including consultations, kundli analysis, and problem-solving sessions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation campaigns across both platforms and a deep understanding of customer intent, emotional triggers, and buying psychology.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) focused on lead generation
Conduct keyword research (Google) and audience targeting (Meta) for astrology-related services (love, career, marriage, etc.)
Write compelling, emotionally engaging ad copy and creatives that drive action
Optimize campaigns to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve lead quality
Set up and manage conversion tracking (forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks) using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
Continuously monitor and improve campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversion rate, ROAS)
Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Identify and eliminate wasted ad spend across both platforms
Generate performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
Proven experience with Google Ads (Search campaigns preferred) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
Strong experience in lead generation (service-based businesses preferred)
Deep understanding of keyword intent, audience targeting, and user behavior
Knowledge of conversion tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel)
Ability to focus on lead quality, not just volume
Strong analytical and decision-making skills
Preferred (Nice to Have):
Experience in astrology, wellness, or consultation-based businesses
Familiarity with WhatsApp and call-based sales funnels
Knowledge of landing page optimization and CRO
Google Ads and/or Meta Certifications
