Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow company profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, shorts, stories, etc.).
Design eye-catching graphics and produce videos to support campaigns.
Monitor social media trends and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Collaborate with the team to develop marketing campaigns and promotions.
Track performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategies.
Ability to create both static graphics and video content.
Excellent communication skills and creativity.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with paid advertising campaigns on Facebook/Instagram.
Knowledge of SEO and YouTube optimization.
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
