About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate quality leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should have experience in SEO, social media marketing, paid advertising, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.

• Improve website rankings through SEO and keyword optimization.

• Create engaging content for social media, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

• Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube).

• Generate and nurture B2B and B2C leads through digital channels.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and Search Console.

• Design basic marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools.

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead conversion.

• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

• Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certification is an added advantage.

• Experience in the solar, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial sector is preferred.
