Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns while also creating engaging graphic designs for social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms along with hands-on experience in graphic design tools.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to generate quality leads.

• Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, CTR, and conversion rates.

• Manage company social media accounts and maintain regular posting schedules.

• Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics tools.

• Perform keyword research and basic SEO activities.

• Coordinate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Graphic Design

• Design social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, standees, email creatives, and website graphics.

• Create attractive ad creatives for Meta and Google campaigns.

• Design promotional videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media.

• Edit product images and marketing materials.

• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Content Creation

• Write engaging captions, ad copies, blogs, and promotional content.

• Plan monthly social media content calendars.

• Create WhatsApp marketing creatives and email marketing templates.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Experience with SEO and social media marketing.

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, and Adobe Premiere Pro or similar video editing software.

• Knowledge of AI design tools (ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) is an added advantage.

• Experience in creating reels and short-form videos.

• Basic understanding of WordPress website management.

• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

• Good communication and content writing skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
