We are looking for a creative and data-driven Instagram Content Strategy & Creation Executive who can take complete ownership of our Instagram presence—from planning and coordination to publishing and performance tracking (our business goal is virality and website visits from the right audience!).
This role is ideal for someone who understands what works on Instagram, can plan content strategically, and execute it consistently with the help of a studio/video team.
Responsibilities
Create a monthly Instagram content strategy aligned with brand goals and growth targets
Plan and manage a detailed content calendar (reels, static posts, and stories)
Coordinate with the studio/video team to brief, collect, and finalize required videos and creatives
Publish and manage:
10–12 Instagram Reels per month
10–12 Static Posts per month
Daily Story updates (engagement-focused, reposts, CTAs, etc.)
Write engaging captions, hooks, hashtags, and CTAs optimized for reach and engagement
Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, saves, and profile visits
Share performance reports every 15 days with clear insights and improvement suggestions
Requirements
Proven experience managing and growing Instagram business pages
Strong understanding of Instagram content strategy, reels, and storytelling
Ability to plan content independently and execute consistently
Experience coordinating with designers, editors, or studio teams
Basic understanding of Instagram analytics and reporting
Good communication and time management skills
Comfortable working remotely and meeting deadlines
