Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Telecalling Executive who will be responsible for generating business leads through digital marketing, handling customer enquiries, making outbound calls and supporting the sales team in converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles.

• Create and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and other platforms.

• Generate B2B leads through digital marketing campaigns.

• Manage enquiries and leads received through social media, website and online platforms.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-up and conversion.

• Monitor digital campaigns and prepare basic performance reports.

• Conduct competitor and market research.

Sales & Telecalling

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales enquiries.

• Follow up with existing and prospective customers regularly.

• Understand customer requirements related to recycled plastic granules and forward qualified leads to the sales team.

• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer requirements.

• Schedule meetings between potential customers and the sales team.

• Follow up on quotations and samples.

• Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

• Achieve monthly lead-generation and sales-support targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in Digital Marketing, Telecalling, Inside Sales or B2B Sales.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Confident and comfortable making outbound calls.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.

• Good follow-up and convincing skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Experience in B2B sales or manufacturing/plastics industry will be an advantage.

• Fresher candidates with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.

₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skills,
