We are looking for a proactive and driven Real Estate Leasing Executive / Broker to manage property leasing, client acquisition, and deal closures across commercial and residential portfolios. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients, landlords, and developers.
Identify leasing opportunities across commercial, retail, and residential properties.
Generate leads through networking, site visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Conduct property tours, coordinate inspections, and present property features to prospective tenants.
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable listings.
Maintain and update property listings, market data, and client databases.
Negotiate rental terms, agreements, and pricing between landlords and tenants.
Coordinate documentation, agreements, and handover formalities.
Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and corporate clients.
Stay updated on local market trends, competitive properties, and pricing.
Achieve monthly/quarterly leasing targets.
Proven experience in real estate leasing, brokerage, or property consulting.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and property trends.
Ability to work independently, handle fieldwork, and manage multiple leads.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills: MS Office, WhatsApp Business, CRM tools (added advantage).
Own vehicle for site visits (preferred).
