Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow Adinath Industries’ online presence. The candidate will be responsible for social media marketing, content creation, online advertising, lead generation, and promoting the company’s products and services through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and other digital platforms.

- Create and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, product presentations, and promotional content.

- Develop monthly social media content and marketing plans.

- Promote company products and generate B2B leads and enquiries through digital platforms.

- Run and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads when required.

- Research competitors, market trends, and potential customers.

- Manage and update the company website and product information.

- Create digital brochures, product catalogs, banners, and other marketing materials.

- Respond to customer enquiries received through social media, WhatsApp, website, and other online channels.

- Maintain a database of digital leads and follow up with the sales team.

- Track marketing performance, leads, engagement, reach, and conversions.

- Prepare regular digital marketing reports for management.

- Coordinate with the sales team to convert online enquiries into customers.

- Improve the company's online visibility and brand image.

- Explore new digital platforms and marketing opportunities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Business Profile, and WhatsApp Business.

- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Good communication and writing skills.

- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar content-creation tools.

- Basic understanding of SEO and website management.

- Creative thinking and good visual sense.

- Lead-generation and customer-engagement skills.

- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for maintaining lead records.

- Ability to analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.

Qualification & Experience

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field preferred.

- Experience: 1–3 years of digital marketing experience preferred.

- Freshers with good practical knowledge of social media and digital marketing may also apply.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The candidate will be evaluated based on:

- Number and quality of leads generated.

- Social media growth and engagement.

- Website traffic and enquiries.

- Advertising performance and cost per lead.

- Conversion of digital enquiries into sales.

- Consistency and quality of content.

- Overall improvement in the company's online presence.

Salary

₹ 15000 per month, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
