We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to support company promotion and employer branding across multiple digital platforms. This role is ideal for freshers who are keen to build a career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the company brand, services, and job opportunities through digital platforms

• Support employee and employer branding initiatives

• Create, schedule, and post content on social media platforms

• Assist in digital recruitment campaigns and online promotions

• Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for content requirements

• Monitor basic engagement and campaign performance

Required Skills & Competencies

·         Completed Digital Marketing course (mandatory)

·         Basic understanding of Digital Marketing concepts

·         Knowledge of social media marketing, content creation, and online promotion

·         Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools

·         Basic understanding of SEO, hashtags, and digital visibility

·         Good communication skills in Tamil & English

·         Hindi language knowledge will be an added advantage

·         Willingness to learn, experiment, and grow
