Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Professional to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing tools and trends, and the ability to drive online engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

• Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).

• Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, websites, blogs, and social media posts.

• Optimize website and campaign content for SEO and SEM to improve search rankings and visibility.

• Plan and monitor ongoing company presence on web and social media.

• Track and analyze website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs.

• Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance based on insights.

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, sales) to align marketing strategies with business goals.

• Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automation workflows.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing or related role.

• Proven experience in running PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).

• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, and social media advertising.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Hootsuite, SEMrush, Canva, etc.).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

• Creative thinker with attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
