Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant who understands how online attention works — not just theory, but execution. You’ll support daily marketing activities, handle social media platforms, and help grow organic reach and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and post content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
Create basic content (captions, reels ideas, posts, blogs)
Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
Perform keyword research for SEO and blog content
Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
Assist in email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
Stay updated with trends, reels formats, and viral content strategies
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing)
Hands-on knowledge of social media platforms (especially Instagram & Reels)
Good writing skills (Hindi + English preferred)
Creativity + trend awareness (what works online and why)
Basic Canva / design tool knowledge
Understanding of hashtags, captions, hooks, and engagement tactics
Bonus (Good to Have)
Experience with Meta Ads / Google Ads
Video editing (CapCut / VN / Premiere Pro basics)
Blogging or content writing experience
Knowledge of organic growth strategies
