Digital Marketing Assistant

Pay: ₹8,000-₹12,000 per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Social Media assistant/ intern to manage and enhance our clients' social media presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in social media management, a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and etc.

• Create and curate high-quality content, including text, images, and videos, that aligns with the brand’s voice and goals.

• Monitor social media channels for trends, and insights, and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies and improve engagement.

• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online communities to foster brand loyalty and positive sentiment.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce creative campaigns that drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve performance.

• Manage and oversee social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

• Prepare regular reports on social media activities, performance, and ROI to present to clients and management.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creativity and the ability to produce engaging content that drives results.

• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.

• Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, etc).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Experience: Fresher to 1 year of experience in Social Media Optimization or a similar role.
