We are a growing digital marketing agency based in Mumbai, passionate about storytelling, strategy, and scalable digital growth. We're on the lookout for a driven and creative Digital Marketing Generalist or Intern to join our team and bring engaging, SEO-rich content to life across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

•Website Content Management: Assist in website management and content updates using CMS platforms like WordPress, ensuring clarity, structure, and SEO optimization.

•Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Assist in implementing on-page SEO strategies including keyword placement, internal linking, and metadata optimization.

•Social Media Support: Draft captions, schedule posts, and track engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.

•ORM & Reputation Management:

Monitor brand mentions and reviews across platforms like Google, Facebook, and Trustpilot.

Support in drafting timely and professional responses to customer feedback.

•Content Creation & Coordination:

Collaborate with designers to ideate and execute marketing creatives (social media posts, banners, videos).

Assist in writing blogs, press releases, and newsletters aligned with SEO and brand tone.

•Trend Spotting & Reporting Stay updated on digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and consumer behavior to contribute fresh ideas and reporting insights.

•Competitor Research & Benchmarking

Conduct digital audits of competitor websites, content strategies, and ad placements.

Share insights and improvement recommendations based on findings.

The Ideal Person:

•0–2 years of experience in digital marketing roles.

•A strong command over English (both written and verbal).

•Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).

•Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and social media schedulers (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

•Creative mindset with an eye for detail and a proactive approach to learning.

•Ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and work collaboratively
