We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Intern to join our in-office team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on experience in social media management, performance marketing, content creation, and analytics. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns that support brand awareness, lead generation, and online engagement.
Assist in planning and executing content calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.
Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the audience to grow community presence.
Support in running Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube campaigns.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and basic ad optimization.
Track daily ad performance and share insights with the marketing team.
Perform basic on-page SEO tasks such as keyword placement, meta descriptions, and content updates.
Assist with off-page activities including backlink research and directory submissions.
Use Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools to monitor campaign results.
Track KPIs such as impressions, clicks, CTR, CPC, conversions, and engagement rate.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with designers, writers, and management for campaign execution.
Support offline promotional activities if required.
Social Media Growth: +10–20% monthly follower increase across platforms.
Engagement Rate: Minimum 3–6% engagement on key content.
Lead Generation: Number and quality of leads generated via campaigns.
Ad Performance: Improved CTR, lower CPC, and optimized ROAS (where applicable).
Content Output: Timely delivery of posts, creatives, and campaign assets.
Reporting Accuracy: Clear, data-backed weekly and monthly reports.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and digital campaign fundamentals.
Proficiency in Canva or other design software.
Familiarity with CRM or lead management tools (added advantage).
Strong writing skills for captions and basic content creation.
Creativity and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Curiosity and willingness to learn new tools and strategies.
Students pursuing graduation/post-graduation OR recent graduates in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
Should have basic understanding of digital marketing.
Portfolio of past work (preferred but not mandatory).
Must be available for in-office work.

Time Commitment: 5–6 days per week (full-time internship)
