Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern
Company: MA Pest Control LLP (Pan-India)
Location: Kolkata (Office) / Hybrid / Remote (as per availability)
Internship Duration: 3 Months (Extendable based on performance)
Stipend: As per company policy + performance incentives
Working Days: 6 Days/Week (Sunday Off)
Start Date: Immediate / As per discussion

Role Summary

We are looking for a smart and creative Digital Marketing Intern who can support our marketing team in daily execution—social media content, basic design, lead-focused campaigns support, website/blog updates, and reporting. This is a hands-on internship where you will work on real projects for a Pan-India service brand.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Content

• Help create and post daily content (posts, reels, stories) for Instagram & Facebook

• Support monthly content calendar planning (seasonal pest alerts, service promos, awareness content)

• Write captions + hashtags in English (Bengali/Hindi is a plus)

• Track engagement (reach, likes, saves, comments) and suggest improvements

Design & Creative Support

• Create creatives in Canva (static posts, carousels, simple reel covers)

• Maintain brand consistency (colors, logo, clean premium look)

• Collect reference ads/creative inspirations and competitor examples

Ads & Lead Generation Support

• Assist in preparing ad creatives and copies for Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

• Support basic tasks like campaign sheet updates, audience research, A/B creative variations

• Monitor daily lead counts and share updates with the team

Website & Blog Support (Basic)

• Upload blogs to the website (WordPress preferred)

• Do basic SEO tasks: titles, meta description, headings, internal links, image alt text

• Add links properly inside blogs (internal + external)

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily/weekly reporting sheet (leads, messages, calls, insights)

• Coordinate with graphic/video team (if applicable) to get creatives done on time

• Assist in WhatsApp lead tracking (basic lead sheet updates)

Requirements (Must Have)

• Basic understanding of Instagram/Facebook content

• Canva knowledge (design + templates)

• Good communication skills + willingness to learn

• Ability to follow deadlines and daily tasks

• Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager / boosting posts

• Basic knowledge of SEO and blogging

• Basic video editing skills (CapCut/InShot/Premiere Rush)

• Prior internship/project portfolio
