Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and results-driven Digital Marketing to manage and grow our online presence across social media, digital advertising, search, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should understand content marketing, social media management, paid advertising, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.

• Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google Business Profile.

• Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media.

• Create and coordinate engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, captions, and campaigns.

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads campaigns.

• Manage lead-generation campaigns and monitor lead quality, cost per lead, and campaign performance.

• Conduct audience research and identify relevant customer segments.

• Monitor competitors, market trends, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.

• Work with the creative team to develop high-quality visual and video content.

• Optimize content for SEO and local search, including Google Business Profile.

• Track campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.

• Prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ad spend, and ROI.

• Test different creatives, audiences, ad copies, and campaigns to improve performance.

• Maintain consistent brand communication across all digital channels.

• Support website content updates, landing pages, and basic SEO activities.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, Meta Ads features, and digital marketing practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.

• Knowledge of lead-generation and conversion campaigns.

• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Business Profile, and Google Analytics.

• Good copywriting and communication skills.

• Ability to create engaging social media content.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.

• Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or similar creative tools is an advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

• Strong understanding of current social media trends.

Experience

Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, or a related field.
