About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive to own our brand's online presence and drive inbound leads through organic content and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn

• Run and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns within assigned budgets

• Build and manage the monthly content calendar

• Write ad copy, captions, hooks and scripts for reels

• Track and report performance — reach, engagement, CPL, leads generated

• Manage community: comments, DMs, inbound enquiries

• Basic SEO — keyword research, on-page optimisation, Google Business Profile

• Coordinate with designers/editors and sales team for lead handover

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on digital marketing experience (agency or in-house)

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Comfortable with Canva; basic video editing (CapCut / Premiere Rush / VN)

• Understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms and current content formats

• Good written English and Hindi

• Portfolio of past work — pages handled, campaigns run, results delivered

• Graduate in any stream; certifications in digital marketing preferred

• Residing in or able to commute daily to Kandivali

Good to have

• Experience in lead generation for services/D2C businesses

• Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, CRM tools, or landing page builders

• Basic photo/video shooting on mobile
