We are hiring a results-driven Digital Marketing professional for Cadin360, a global digital product (ebook) business.
This role is NOT for freshers or theory-based marketers.
The primary responsibility is to generate sales using paid ads (Google Ads / YouTube Ads), with secondary focus on organic traffic methods.
👉 If you have only worked on posts, reels, or impressions, this role is NOT suitable.
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Search Ads and YouTube Ads with the goal of direct sales
Manage small to medium ad budgets and optimize campaigns for CPA & ROI
Generate paid orders, not just traffic or impressions
Identify high-intent keywords and audiences for digital products
Track conversions, sales, and ad performance daily
Optimize landing pages and ad funnels for better conversion
Work on basic organic traffic generation (SEO fundamentals, content optimization)
Analyze website traffic and user behavior
Suggest improvements to increase conversion rate
Coordinate with design/content team for ad creatives (if required)
Not a social media posting job
Not a branding or awareness role
Not an internship or training position
Not for candidates who have never generated sales from ads
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in Digital / Performance Marketing
Practical experience running Google Ads and/or YouTube Ads
Must have worked on campaigns that generated sales or conversions
Understanding of CPA, ROI, conversion tracking
Comfortable working with sales targets
Experience in digital products, courses, services, or e-commerce is a plus
Monthly salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (based on experience)
