Key Responsibilities:• Manage emails, calendars, and online communications• Handle data entry, documentation, and file organization• Support social media posting and basic content coordination• Conduct online research and prepare reports• Coordinate with vendors, clients, or internal teams digitally• Maintain spreadsheets, CRM records, and digital workflows• Assist in basic marketing or online business tasks when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace / Microsoft Office• Good written and verbal communication skills• Familiarity with social media platforms and online tools• Basic understanding of digital marketing or e-commerce (preferred)• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines• High attention to detail and confidentiality
