1. Customer Relationship Management (B2C and B2B)
Monthly Communication: Maintain regular and effective communication with B2C and B2B clients through emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls. Customer Segmentation: Organize customer data into meaningful categories to create targeted campaigns.
Feedback Collection: Regularly gather feedback from customers to enhance their experience and address concerns proactively.
2. Data Management
Database Maintenance: Keep customer and client data updated in the CRM software/system.Data Analysis: Analyze customer behavior, purchase patterns, and feedback to assist in strategy formulation.
Reports: Prepare monthly reports highlighting customer engagement and communication activities.
3. Exhibition Support
Quick Query Handling: Actively monitor WhatsApp during exhibitions to respond to inquiries and queries from the exhibition team in real time.
Lead Follow-Up: Ensure all potential leads from exhibitions are promptly added to the database and followed up within the stipulated timeframe.
Coordination: Liaise with the exhibition team to address immediate customer concerns or special requests.
4. Digital Marketing Lead Management
Lead Tracking: Monitor and manage incoming leads from digital marketing campaigns (social media, Meta ads, etc.).
Lead Nurturing: Engage promptly with digital marketing leads via WhatsApp, email, or phone to convert them into customers.Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to understand campaign goals and ensure effective follow-up.
Reporting: Maintain detailed records of lead performance and provide insights on campaign outcomes.
5. Communication Strategy Execution
Execute communication strategies as planned by the marketing team for both B2C and B2B clients.Assist in creating engaging messages for SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.
6. Collaboration with Teams
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on client expectations and brand communication.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth fulfillment of customer queries or orders.
