Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content and manage social media posting across various platforms. The candidate will be responsible for creating social media posts, reels, videos, captions, and other digital content to improve brand awareness, audience engagement, and online visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging and creative content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• Plan, create, and publish regular social media posts, reels, short videos, stories, and promotional content.

• Develop creative ideas, scripts, captions, hashtags, and content calendars.

• Shoot and edit videos, reels, and promotional content using mobile phones or editing tools.

• Manage day-to-day social media posting and ensure consistency across platforms.

• Design attractive creatives, banners, and promotional posts using tools such as Canva or similar software.

• Follow current social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, and content formats.

• Coordinate with the marketing team to understand business requirements and create relevant content.

• Monitor post performance, reach, views, engagement, and follower growth.

• Respond to comments and messages when required and support audience engagement.

• Maintain the company's brand identity and ensure all published content meets quality standards.

• Suggest new content strategies to improve social media reach and generate leads.

Required Skills

• Good creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.

• Knowledge of social media platforms and their content formats.

• Basic video shooting and editing skills.

• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools.

• Ability to write engaging captions and create attractive posts.

• Understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook posts, and LinkedIn content.

• Ability to plan content, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks.

• Willingness to learn new trends and experiment with creative ideas.

Qualifications

• Any degree or relevant certification in Digital Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Freshers with creativity and a strong portfolio of content creation work can also apply.

• Candidates with previous experience managing social media accounts will have an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Must be creative, proactive, and passionate about content creation.

• Should be comfortable appearing in videos or coordinating video shoots, if required.

• Must be able to create and publish content independently.

• A portfolio, sample reels, or links to previously managed social media pages will be an advantage
