Key Responsibilities

• Content Generation: Conceptualize, script, and create high-quality content in Kannada (blogs, social media posts, video scripts, or short-form videos).

• Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with viral trends, news, and cultural nuances within the Karnataka region to keep content relevant.

• Localization: Translate or adapt English marketing materials into natural, idiomatic Kannada without losing the original brand voice.

• Community Engagement: Interact with the audience through comments and messages to build a loyal community.

• Collaboration: Work virtually with the marketing and design teams to align content with brand goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Language Mastery: Native-level fluency in speaking, reading, and writing Kannada. Strong command of English is a plus.

• Digital Savvy: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, ShareChat, Moj) and basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, or InShot).

• Creativity: Ability to tell compelling stories and think "outside the box" to drive engagement.

• Self-Discipline: As a WFH role, you must be able to manage your time effectively and meet deadlines without direct supervision.

• Equipment: Access to a high-quality smartphone/camera and a stable internet connection.
