Coordination With: Sales, Service, Design, Production, Dispatch, Store and Management

Role Summary

FARMKING is hiring a Content Creator – Product & Social Media Marketing to create product-focused videos, reels, social media posts, WhatsApp-ready creatives, captions, thumbnails and basic marketing content for agricultural machinery, tractor attachments, dealers and farmers.

This is an execution-focused content role and does not include paid ads, SEO, sales closure, pricing approval or dealer appointment authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit product videos, reels, machine walkaround clips and demo content.

• Create captions, hooks, short scripts, hashtags, thumbnails, festive posts and WhatsApp-ready creatives.

• Handle approved FARMKING social media pages/accounts for posting approved content and monitoring basic engagement.

• Convert product features into simple farmer/dealer-friendly content.

• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Design, Production and Management for product accuracy and content approval.

• Maintain monthly content calendar, raw files, edited files, captions, creatives and posting records.

• Verify product name, logo, contact details, caption and visual quality before submission/posting.

• Submit daily/weekly updates for planned, completed, approved and posted content.

Qualification & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline preferred. Certification, diploma or training in content creation, digital marketing, video editing, social media, graphic design, media or advertising will be preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required. Experience in content creation, reels/video editing, social media content, product content, photography, videography, Canva creatives or digital marketing support will be preferred.

• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, tractor implements, machinery, automobile, industrial products or product-based business will be an added advantage.

Required Skills & Tools

• Mobile/camera video shooting and basic product photography.

• Short-video/reel editing.

• Canva or similar design tool.

• CapCut / VN / InShot / Filmora / Premiere Pro or similar video-editing tool.

• Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and WhatsApp content handling.

• Caption writing, hook writing, short script writing and basic hashtag understanding.

• Hindi and Hinglish content writing; basic English reporting preferred.

• Google Drive / Google Sheet / Excel knowledge.

• Proper file naming, folder management and content-record discipline.

Work & Approval Controls

• Content shall be created and posted only as per approved product, brand and business requirements.

• Product names, technical claims, features, contact details and captions must be verified before publishing.

• No public content shall be posted without approval unless written posting authority is given by Management.

• The candidate shall not independently announce price, discount, offer, warranty, service commitment, dealer terms or product-performance claims.

• All photos, videos, reels, captions, thumbnails, source files, edited files and posting records shall remain company property.

KPI / Performance Indicators

Performance will be reviewed based on content quality, approved reels/videos/posts, product accuracy, shooting/editing quality, timely content calendar execution, social media engagement support, file management, team coordination, confidentiality and approval compliance.

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly Gross Salary / CTC: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month.

Salary shall be finalized based on experience, skills, portfolio quality, practical test performance, company policy, applicable statutory requirements and Management approval.

Gross salary / CTC shall not be treated as in-hand salary unless specifically mentioned in the offer letter.

PF, ESI, leave, holidays and other statutory/company benefits shall be applicable as per company policy, eligibility, wage ceiling and applicable law.

Portfolio / Practical Test

Candidate may be asked to share 2–3 sample reels/videos, 2–3 Canva creatives/social posts, product caption sample, Instagram/YouTube/portfolio link, or complete one 30–45 second product reel with caption and thumbnail.

Documents Required

Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, photographs, educational documents, experience proof if available, previous salary proof if applicable, bank details, address proof, emergency contact details and any other HR-required document.
