Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Content Creator to manage our end-to-end social media content. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with content planning, shooting videos, editing, posting, and coordinating the logistics required for content production.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative and engaging content ideas for social media platforms.

Plan and create reels, short-form videos, photos, stories, and other social media content.

Handle end-to-end video shoots, including basic scripting, camera setup, lighting, and direction.

Shoot content on-site, at events, locations, or as required.

Edit videos and photos for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging captions, hooks, thumbnails, and other supporting content.

Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

Manage day-to-day social media activities and maintain a consistent content calendar.

Monitor trends, reels, hashtags, sounds, and competitor content to identify new opportunities.

Track content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.

Coordinate with internal teams, creators, vendors, photographers, and other stakeholders for content requirements.

Manage content-shoot logistics, including locations, equipment, props, schedules, and other arrangements.

Ensure all content is delivered on time and meets brand guidelines.

Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited videos, photos, and other digital assets.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media, digital marketing, or a related role.

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and short-form video content.

Good video shooting and editing skills.

Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Canva, or similar software.

Strong creative sense with an eye for visuals, trends, and storytelling.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Willingness to travel locally for shoots when required.

Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
