About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident and enthusiastic female candidate to join our advertising agency as a Client Servicing Executive. The role involves communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, coordinating with internal creative teams, and ensuring projects are completed smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email and meetings.

• Understand client requirements and communicate briefs clearly to the creative team.

• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors and other team members.

• Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals and required information.

• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients.

• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery.

• Handle day-to-day client queries and provide appropriate updates.

• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations and campaign-related communication.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

• Basic understanding of advertising, social media and digital marketing is an advantage.
