Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer queries via live chat and messaging platforms.

Provide accurate information about products, services, or processes.

Record customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow company guidelines for chat support and customer handling.

Escalate complex issues to the supervisor or relevant department when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
