We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team at Xntrova Technologies. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹5,000 - ₹10,000 and a dynamic learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, industry portals, and other channels

Outreach: Cold call, email, and WhatsApp potential clients to set up meetings/demos

Client Interaction: Understand client requirements and pitch our product/service effectively

Market Research: Analyse competitors, market trends, and prepare reports for the BD team

CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.

Proposals & Pitch Decks: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up documents.

Partnerships: Support in identifying and connecting with potential channel partners/vendors

Target Support: Work toward weekly/monthly lead and conversion targets with the team

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is around 12th and candidate must be a fresher. Knowledge of Digital Marketing Services is bonus for us
