Backend Sales

We are looking for a Backend Sales Executive to join our team MNC Confidential to plan and run online marketing campaigns. The responsibility includes managing social media, SEO, paid ads and other digital initiatives/projects. The position offers a dynamic learning environment.

Digital Marketing / Backend Sales Executive

Experience: Fresher / 1–2 Years
Location: Kolkata

• Handle backend sales support and digital marketing activities.

• Generate and manage leads through social media, digital platforms, and online campaigns.

• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email and maintain customer records.

• Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and order processing.

• Prepare basic sales reports and track lead status.

• Good communication, follow-up skills, and basic knowledge of MS Excel & digital marketing tools preferred.

• Run paid ads on Google, Facebook, etc.

• Improve social media platforms presence through engaging content.

• Perform keyword research and improve SEO rankings.

• Track campaign performance, optimize spends when necessary and prepare reports.

• Work with design and content teams for smooth execution.

• Come up with innovative digital marketing campaigns & strategies.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Minimum Qualification and Experience Range. Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and basic analytics is also important for this role.
