Job Summary
We are looking for a Station Support Associate (SSA) to support daily delivery station operations, including package sorting, scanning, dispatch coordination, and maintaining smooth station activities.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, scan, sort, and organize packages.
Assist with package loading and unloading.
Coordinate with Delivery Executives for timely dispatch.
Ensure packages are correctly sorted and assigned.
Update package information in the system.
Maintain station records and operational documentation.
Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly sorted packages.
Support the Station Manager and operations team in daily activities.
Follow all safety and operational procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the station.
Achieve daily operational targets and maintain accuracy.
Requirements
10th / 12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Punctual, responsible, and hardworking.
