Key responsibilities include loading, safely transporting, and delivering orders to customers, often ensuring a 10-minute delivery promise for "BB Now" services. 

Key Job Responsibilities

• Order Delivery: Collect products from warehouses (dark stores) and deliver them to customers within specified timeframes.

• Vehicle & Cargo Management: Load, organize, and secure items to prevent damage during transit.

• Customer Service: Provide professional service, handle customer queries, and, when required, manage cash-on-delivery (COD) payments.

• Navigation & Logistics: Plan efficient routes using maps to ensure timely delivery.

• Record Keeping: Update delivery status via the BigBasket rider application. 

Requirements

• Vehicles: Access to a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) is essential, along with a valid driver's license.

• Smartphone: A smartphone is required for navigating and updating order status.

• Documentation: Identity proof and relevant vehicle documents.

• Experience: 0 to 6 years of experience, with flexibility in working hours.
