Responsibilities:
• Pick up and deliver parcels to customers on time.
• Follow the assigned route and use GPS for navigation.
• Verify customer details and collect OTP or signature during delivery.
• Handle packages safely to avoid damage.
• Maintain good communication and behaviour with customers.
• Update delivery status in the mobile app.
• Ensure timely completion of daily delivery targets.
• Follow company policies and traffic rules.
Requirements:
• Must have a valid driving licence.
• Should own a bike/scooter (if company does not provide).
• Smartphone knowledge is mandatory.
• Good knowledge of local routes.
• Physically fit and able to lift parcels if required.
• Punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly behaviour.
